These are awesome folks. Mr. Brown came out on an emergency basis and killed a yellow jacket nest that had brought work on my house to an immediate halt. He was very kind and courteous as he used two different substances to poison the nest. He would not accept payment until the next day after we were sure the nest was dead. I didn’t want to wait for a return visit to check if the nest was dead, so the next morning, he called me and talked me through how to check it safely with a long pole. It was completely dead. They accepted my debit card over the phone, and I got back to work on the house with only a 24-hour delay for the poison to work. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you, Mr. Brown!
